October 23, 20205 yr Had a bios battery failure the other week and subsequent corrupted flash drive. Seem to have most things back where they should be but the dockers wont update and the VM's are not working as they should. I suspect the appdata folder has the wrong write permissions or something like that...can you advise who to check and correct please?

October 24, 20205 yr Author I swapped to a new one, got the key replaced, copied some of the files and setup what was missing. Its the dockers that seem odd, initially re-installed just fine but went I try to update them they stall and go missing.

While they might technically still exist in the docker.img, you can't work with them in the webUI without the templates.
October 25, 20205 yr Author Yes your right, i think I missed that folder but have re-setup the existing dockers as shown and they were initially working pointing at there original appdata, its just when I try and update they go missing?
October 25, 20205 yr Community Expert Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics ZIP file to your NEXT post in this thread.
October 25, 20205 yr Community Expert Not likely to be the cause of your problem, but appdata and system shares have files on the array. And other warnings from FCP. You also seem to be having some problem with Unassigned Device sdu. Go to Docker page and set the slider at upper right to Advanced Mode. Do you have any orphan containers?
October 25, 20205 yr Author appdata and system got a bit missed up with the recent crash and am gradually working through that stuff. Yes I do have ophaned containers.
October 25, 20205 yr Community Expert Delete the orphans. Maybe won't fix anything but they need to be deleted anyway. You might have to recreate docker.img and use Previous Apps on Apps page to reinstall your containers.
