[SOLVED] Gui not fully loading

Featured Replies

Hi everyone.  I'm having an issue after I refreshed the web gui.  It loads the top title bar but nothing else.  The server is still running, dockers are working and shares are available over the network.  I have tried a few different web browsers with the same results.

Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to resolve it?

/the commonest cause of this type of symptom is the flash drive has dropped offline for some reason.   We would need the system diagnostics zip file to confirm that.

Is there a way to pull the logs from the terminal without the gui?  or should I just try to reboot from the terminal to see if the issue is resolved that way?

So I guess the issue is the flash drive.  The Diagnostics command can not write to that location.

Starting diagnostics collection... mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/boot/logs’: Input/output error

Seems like it.

Put it in your PC and let it checkdisk. While there make a backup. Be sure to boot from a USB2 port.
