It's an ibm server mainboard - 10 years old.

So why i cant get the gpu (amd radeon 7750) passthrough?

 

I am having the same issue with my HP DL380P server and my PNY GT1030 Nvidia card. 

Does the error still exist if you enable unsafe interrupts ?

I cant speak for OP but it still does for me 

 

You only need to add multifunction for the first entry.  

 

Not sure if that will fix your problem or not
