What is recommended way to backup a set of folders/files to somewhere else in the array?

I have a bunch of custom scripts on the flash drive through the User Scripts plugin that I'd like to backup on a regular, versioned, basis.  Wondering what the best way is?  I don't mind putting it on the array vs somewhere remote, but wondering what suggestions people had before I roll my own thing with rsync or something else like the following.  I don't have to backup much, and would prefer a UI to do it.

Try Luckybackup. Its an rsync front end. In the CA apps repository

You should always have a current backup of flash anyway. How are you doing that backup?
