[SOLVED] Cannot enable VMs

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I recently did a cache drive swap (swapping out one of 2 cache drives in raid 1) and I had stopped the VM service to speed along the process. Now I cannot re-enable it. I change "enable VMs" to yes and hit apply and nothing happens. I've tried various things while googling. Verified .img location, deleted image and tried to start from scratch, etc. But still wont start. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

Try enabling it manually, by editing /boot/domain.cfg and changing SERVICE="disable" to "enable", then reboot, you should also update to latest release.

I upgraded and rebooted the server to start and it let me reenable VMs through the GUI. Not sure if it was the upgrade or the reboot (I had already rebooted once) but it works now. Thanks for your help!
