Amazon Best Buy Crutchfield Target Lots of places selling them $278. I have the XM3, which is mint condition. I will sell that when prices go up again.

It also has a sensor inside the ear cup which tells the headset it is not being worn and turns itself off or power saving modes. Seriously thought if I couldn't get the XM4's for $278 I would not have bought them. There are just slight differences in how it wears on your head as well with much less bulk on the ear cushions too but feel just as good. I still have my XM3's for sale, some guy from Craigslist sent me a check for $2000 to buy them. It is that common check scam that goes around. I played with him a little bit then just dropped him. I need a pair of those Nike Vaporwaffle Sneakers!!
