condition：

1.unraid OS 6.9-30bet

2.onboard nic  is  Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection (12) I219-V

3.PIC-E  network card  is RTL8111G*4

 

result：

1.When conditions 1 and 2 occur, unraid have network

2.When conditions 1 and 2 and 3 occur,unraid have‘t’ network（And at this time, no matter the network cable is plugged into any network card, there is no network）

 

Want to know：

1.Why？

2.If it is because rtl8111g network card is not supported, what network card should I buy (recommended network card model)

3.If it's a setup problem, how should I set it?

...with the Realtek card inserted, will unRaid start for you with local GUI mode?

If not, access the local command line, with monitor attached, User: root ....no pwd.

You will need to transfer the file via the flash drive to another computer and upload it here

 

Edit: one thing you could try beforehand is to reset your network config completely...Put flash in PC, delete config/network.cfg, reboot to unraid
