Not a bootable disk help solved

Hello all. I'm trying to set up my first unraid nas and for some reason I cannot get it to see my flash drive as a bootable disk. I have a poweredge T110 II with an i3-2120, 4gb ddr3 ecc ram, and 5 4tb hard drives. I am not very familiar with server bios but it is an Asus motherboard running bios version 2.8.0. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
