hi i have a problem with my little server in fix common problems i have 3 errors

and my dockers are missing and my shares have gone and my vm looking for some help please and i am a bitt of a newbi to this so go easy on me please 

 

We would require more information start providing some advices:

  1. You should run a SMART extended self-test on disk3
  2. Then please share your diagnostics (Tools/Diagnostics) in your next post

Disk3 is failing and needs to be replaced, if still issues after that post new diags.

thanks guys for the help , found that both hdd had gone down at the same time , which was the parity drive and disc 3 , so it looks like i have lost it all and need to rebuild oh what joy
