Sonarr/Radarr Indexers keep becoming unavailable

Hi Team, 

 

For some reason, my indexers keep becoming unavailable on Radarr and Sonarr.  When I go to settings, and just test the connection, it says testing succeeded and the error goes away, but comes back pretty soon afterwards.  I don't change any settings when the error disappears, i just force it to test the connection.  Please advise.  I've attached a diagnostic.  Thanks.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
