Hi - hopefully my issue with regards to moving files will be sorted on here - I have a NAS with a 10GB connection and an R720 with unraid newly installed also with a 10GB connection 

 

What is the best way to move files from the NAS to my shares utilising the best speed - at the moment I am copying files utilising Unbuntu in a VM but only managing speeds of 500Mbps and it taking an eternity to move my media collection 

 

Any help will be hugely appreciated
