Is there a way to prevent all drives from starting up at once?

Hello everyone.  I am using UNRAID on an older computer and currently have 6 drives in it.  I am thinking about adding another 2 and while I think my power supply should be able to handle it, I was wondering if there was a way to have when UNRAID starts up that it only spins up one drive at a time.  I'm just worried about drawing all that power at once when all drives spin up at the same time.  Thanks.

PS.  Here is a picture of my PSU in case you guys find that helpful.

I have a dual Xeon e5-2690 system with a 970 gpu, 4x 10GbE, 12x HDD, 2x ssd and 2x nvme and I never cross 300w, so I doubt it'll be an issue with only 6 HDD on a much lower tdp cpu... Are you actually having issues, or is it just a concern?

No, I'm not having any issues.  Just a concern.  I ordered some new drives and going to install them when they get here.  Just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to damage anything or mess anything up if all those drives did go over my power supply's wattage when spinning up.  Thank you.
