Docker startup delay, possible?

Is it possible to add a time delay to a specific docker?

Of the about 20 I have, mongoDB is at the top of my list, rocketchat all the way at the bottom, and still RC sometimes loads a bit too fast, waiting for the DB to load up.

    Switch to advanced view on the docker tab.  There's a startup delay option that pauses before the next app in the list is started up.
