Randomly slow to access server

Starting a few days ago, my server randomly becomes very slow to access. Switching between network folders takes 5-10 seconds, playing files over the network becomes impossible, and accessing webuis from dockers is also noticeably slower. I have a second unraid server, which is unaffected. So far the only way to remedy it is to restart the pc im on. 
 

Any ideas what may cause such behavior?
