Getting "busy database" error on plex on unraid 6.9

I have my usenet download folder on a separate hard drive and only have the appdata folder on my SSD so I'm not sure if the SSD is being hit with to many writes at one time? I'm getting errors on my log as well. Is it something with my servers SATA backplane that isn't playing nice with my SSD?

Those old PCI-X controllers have known issues with some newer devices, use another controller for the SSD if possible.
