Docker weirdness (not available/delay in showing up in Dashboard)

Hello - 

 

still using 6.8.3.  Weirdly just the other day the docker section in dashboard is taking a bit longer time to load than normal vs. other things.  Also if you go in to the docker tab it says not available but if I run a speedtest its saying that I'm getting 1G download and 1G upload to the net so that's weird.  Dockers still work but a bit slow to get to gui's.   Thoughts?
