Inconsistent Backup speed on LSI SAS2 2008 Falcon

Anyone is encountering this problem? I have a LSI HBA with drivers updated and the CA backup speed is still inconsistent.

All tapes are newly purchased,

all network adapter speed is consistent and fast (28mbps).

and the server for the backup was not an intensive connectivity server.  

So is there anything to do with the firmware itself?

or i just need to adjust the block size on regedit?

 

Any recommendation?
