[Solved] Old cache drives still mirroring each other

I replaced my cache SSDs which consisted of a pair of 500GB SSDs mirrored in RAID 1 with a single NVME and now have the SSDs sitting in unassigned devices so I can let my VMs use them. However, they still seem to be stuck in RAID 1 as they are mirroring each other

How do I get them to become individuals again?
