Any recommendations would prefer to stay on the HP side because then the system will show the disks in the ILO. Had a Dell H310 in the last system crossflashed.

Looking at the HP H220 with the SAS2380 Chipset 

Also HP loves to kick the fans up high speed if its not a HP card....
