painkillerchris Posted November 20, 2020 Share Posted November 20, 2020 Hi there! I have the following problem and absolutely no Idea how I can solve it. As you can see in the first screenshot, this is my disk setup. I have actually Problems with my 2x 1TB SSD Cache drive. Normally they worked in RAID1 Mode. Couple of days ago I stopped the array and started it again some minutes later and I saw that the both devices are not in a balanced mode. So I tried to use the "perform full balance" it´s started and this needed a half hour. But after this nothing happened. Then I thought, ok plugged out the second cache device, plugged it in a different PC and formatted it to ntfs and plugged in again in the unraid server. The server sees that the device is in NTFS formatted, and I do not see any function to format this in btrfs. Then I added it again to the Cache devices but still have the same issue. Does anyone have an Idea? My goal is: That both Cache SSD are working again in Raid1 mode. Quote Link to comment
