CPU 100% Suddenly

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone could help me. The past few days I have suddenley started having 100% usage on multiple CPU cores. I have tried stopping all of my docker containers and it still happens, tried restarting the server and I haven't added any new drives recently or changed any settings. I figured out that IOtop is using 100% whenever I see the CPU cores maxed. I ran iotop in terminal which gives me the results in the screenshot.

I am trying to download the diagnostics to attach but that isn't working either at the moment. Any help would be great :)
