Connecting to new Unraid server interface over Wifi

Featured Replies

Forewarning: I'm completely new to Unraid and NAS storage. Apologies in advance if this is a terribly dumb question.

I just got my Unraid server running and connected to ethernet. I can access the web UI through any computer on my network connected to ethernet. However, if I try to access http://tower from my phone or any other device connected over wi-fi, it doesn't work.

I thought ethernet and wi-fi networks are identical. Is this supposed to be the case, or is there something I need to do to fix this? I did not set up the network, only the NAS, so I am not sure what the issue could be. I appreciate any help.

Do you have 2 SSID's showing when you browse for WiFi access points? My first guess is that you are connected to a wifi set up as a guest network.
