December 6, 20205 yr I'm sure that this has been asked before, but I have no idea what to look for in this case. I'm a new user to Linux and unraid. main reason i came here was to set up a plex system for my home and create a small backup to my main pc in the future. At first I thought that it could be the time code issue, so I got that figured out eventually, but that didn't change anything. the problem that I am working with now is that I cant get a trial key to use the program. When I click on get trial key it brings up a popup, I check the box off and hit the start trial button, but it goes gray, then after a few seconds it goes back to orange. When I click buy license it sends me to Firefox but cant access the internet even though it's the same cable as one that was being used by another system. I'm stumped on what to do. My System is new, ryzen 3200g (but as soon as this is up and running I'm switching to a 3600), 32gb gskill ddr4 ram, asus b550m, 4-8tb seagate ironwolf drives. any help I would appreciate.
December 6, 20205 yr What version of Unraid are you using? Newer hardware (particularly that with 2.5Gb NICs) will likely require the 6.9.0 beta release to have drivers for the NIC.
December 6, 20205 yr Author I'm running version 6.8.3 at the moment. How would I go and get the beta release?

December 6, 20205 yr Author When I tried to do it internally it did nothing, and since I really wasn't that into it I just flashed the usb to the beta, ran it and was able to get the trial up and running. Thanks for the help.
