Help booting UnRAID USB in ESXi 7

Featured Replies

Okay.

I try to move my unraid from harware to esxi.

I have to drives, one parity and one normal.

.

First, I have added a PCI-E SATA card (IT-mode) and enabled PCI passtrough

Then I have inserted the USB, but made it not to boot on hardware bios (Because of ESXi)

Now, ESXI is up, I created A VM (settings below), made passtrough of my PCI-E SATA card, and made passtrough of my USB-device, I think.

I am not able to boot from USB, but I have read at the forum it should be posible in ESXi 7.

Any sugestions?

Your config looks OK.  Have you verified that the USB boots on that hardware, without ESXi?

Here is my VM config:
