Passing through sound card

Just placed a sound card in my system.  I checked it was on it's own group, so should have been fine.  Got the following:

Any idea what it means or how I get it to transfer?

 

{Smaller issue which I am less worried about, I transferred a camera to my VM.  It appears in windows, and after updating the driver in Windows 10 VM the microphone works, but I am not getting anything from the video.  Using it more as a learning tool for transfering items to a VM so happy to keep pottering on this.}
