This are exactly the cores that are used by VM. In random times with not much usage VM crash and host became like that

 

 

VM reboot automatically and everything gets back to normal. I did not found reason. What can be?

 

I'm using threadripper 3990x with 2 AMD GPUs.

Please attach your complete system diagnostics to this post.  You can obtain these from the Tools > Diagnostics page.  That being said, those messages point to a hardware problem.
