Appdata being streamed 50+, is this normal?

I had some read /write error on my USB which caused some corruption. I had to replace my USB, thought I had everything set back up. But for some reason my appdata folder is being "streamed" 50-70+ times.

Unsure as to what is causing this, hopefully someone else can point me in the right direction.
