BTRFS is stable enough, but it is much more susceptible to corruption if you have dirty shutdowns.   I would recommend XFS unless there is some specific feature of BTRFS you need. And if so, make sure you have a UPS that is appropriately configured.   But do some story and make sure you understand what BTRFS is and does.
