Unable to update plugins

I'm getting an out of space error when I try to update plugins, but none of my disks are completely full, to include the cache and the boot drive, so I don't understand what the issue is. This is the log from trying to update plex. Does anyone know what is going on? Also, when I ssh'd in, I was unable to "ls" the contents of: /var/lib/docker, it said "permission denied". I just updated to unRAID 6.5.0 recently and have noticed now that one of my plugins needs to be updated "Community Applications (2018.04.08)" and one of my plugins needs to be removed "Advanced Buttons (2017.07.07). When I click on uninstall for Advanced Buttons, the site appears to be removing it according to the dialog and refreshes itself, but the plugin remains showing. A similar situation appears when appearing when I click on "Update all Plugins" and the Community Applications" plugin app
