    Could you convert a disk like this: Turn off array, go to a disk in array, change filesystem to XFS, format disk, start array, data will then be re-built on that disk? It's that last step I'm foggy on, will it be re-built (similar to if a new drive was installed due to a failure) or will it be lost? Also, I know the array would be vulnerable during the re-build, but I'm okay with that. Nate
