[blk_update_request: I/O error + BTRFS error]

I think my cache disk is failing, it starts throwing errors (see attached image*) and my VM's stop working. After rebooting the cache disk is unmountable, after I restart the system a couple of times it's mountable again. It runs for a few days and it start all over again.

Can anyone please confirm this looking at the log?

*disk-log is pumping out errors so fast I'm unable to copy the text.

[Problem with deconz docker and conbee]

I've had the same problem, tried numerous things including writing a Udev rule. Thought I fixed it but a few weeks later, the problem came back.

 

What I ended up doing was go in the BIOS of my Unraid box and disabling USB3.0

I think this fixed it for me, I'll write an update if it acts up again.
