@Chenhi Be careful with this. Don't blindly passthrough what is shown. If the GPU for example is in the same group with one of your NVME drives or an storage controller this will cause your server to crash and in the worste case a data loss. Only passthrough devices which really belong to the device which you want for example the USB controller and the audio part of your card. Sometimes it might help to use another PCIe slot for the device you wanna passthrough.

I have another gpu Quadro P1000 in another slot for plex hw transcoding. Ill try to switch slots for both gpu and see if it helps.

  2. @salaroli somehow it works now although it still give me error but pointing to another group now. thank you so much

  5. Hi guys,

I managed to do gpu passthrough to my Win10 VM with RTX 2070 Super but after I restart the Unraid Server, it will not work anymore. I tried to delete the vm and reinstall again it works but still, after I restarted ,it will give me the same error again.

    Please help.

  6. Welcome to unRaid!

Have a look at the steps and tips in the link in my sig. This covers a high proportion of issues and difficulties in setting up GPUs in VMs. If, having worked through everything there, you still have problems, do as testdasi says and post diagnostics.

(if you cannot find a bios readily available, you may need to dump it from the card itself - SpacveInvaderOne has videos on this as well).
Hi thanks for the sig. I'll read more on it and post the diagnostic file as well if still doesn't work.

  7. Hi guys,

Sorry for the noob question, I just started learning about Unraid 3 days ago so I have built a Ryzen/Nvidia Quadro P1000 machine. I am having problem with Windows 10 VM for the gpu passthrough. I watched SpaceinvaderOne video and I can't find the bios for the card ( I tried SeaBios as well).  Anyone here can advise me here?

My goal is to create Windows 10 VM for Blue Iris.
