Following up to this, and wanted to thank Ibracorp for adding the unraid template for this software to community apps (https://github.com/ibracorp/unraid-templates/blob/master/cal.com/cal.com.xml). It works perfectly on my server after tweaking the template settings. It requires following the documentation section for certain app store installs but very straight forward to modify and run (https://cal.com/docs/introduction/quick-start/self-hosting/install-apps). For reverse proxy, the ip address instead of the container name worked for me.
