I used the `tailscale set` command to modify the configuration. Is this configuration changes persistent @EDACerton?

Is there a way to see how long a disk was already active? And what keeps it active (which share/process/..)? I have a feeling that one of my disks never spins down and I like to investigate what is preventing it from spinning down.
