[docker stops working when downloading alot of stuff]

But, you've You done a balance on your cache drive to try and alleviate the problems.  However, there are issues with the docker image itself.  Stop the docker service (Settings - Docker).  Delete the image.  Re-enable docker followed by Apps, Previous Apps

im not sure whats stopping it thats what im trying to solve. i dont think my disks are full but maybe the cache drive gets full
