    You wont believe this. I restarted the router and now it works! I realized that my plugins are not there, but I downloaded the store plugin,  went to my downloaded plugins and installed them all. Now everything is solved. Thank you so much guys!

    Update: After leaving docker open for several minutes, it finally seems to open the server correctly.
    My next challenge is to make it work through a tunnel, so as not to reveal my IP, although I think that because of the way Arma 3 is made it is impossible
