Solutions

    Going to mark this as solved. 

    I have managed to get it working. Whilst I'm not 100% sure on the how, the following two things (along with the above) seem to have solved the problem:
     
    Using VNC as the display driver, boot the VM and install the latest GPU Drivers. Once installed stop the VM. Before rebooting the VM remove the Graphics ROM BIOS.  Start the VM and success.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
