Hi so i just got my hands on a HP MHQH29B-XTR from ebay as i wanted to go 10gbit ethernet between my nas and my main pc.
Sadly the car doesnt display in unraid outside of the PCI devices. I was heoping somone could help, I read a few pages from other people and they manage to get it working but im wondering if support for these cards has been dropped due to their age.
I have connected it to a windows machine and the card displays fine and i have set it to use ethernet mode as the default, Still now show in unraid.
I then flashed the card from HP firmware to stock firmware and still the same issue.
Do i need to set a flag or something in unraid to make it work in ethernet mode.[15b3:673c] 03:00.0 InfiniBand: Mellanox Technologies MT25408A0-FCC-QI ConnectX, Dual Port 40Gb/s InfiniBand / 10GigE Adapter IC with PCIe 2.0 x8 5.0GT/s In... (rev b0)
At a guess the part that is cutoff is the fact it is in a 4x pcie slot and not an X8.
There are a total of 4 ethernets onboard all 4 of them are intel, 2 of them are bondded the other to get passed through to VM.

Not sure what settings you wanted so here are a couple of screenshots of my bios and the unraid settings.

The settings in the GUI are fine. Does your BIOS have anything specific for S3 state (your attached pictures don't show that) ?
The error with line 330 refers to the script trying to set S3 sleep state
(echo -n mem >/sys/power/state)
, but somehow your system doesn't have the entry /sys/power/state.
As far as I can tell the system does support S3 sleep I tried disabling deep sleep I get the same error the option suspend mode gives me the option to enable or disable I tried setting it to disabled still the same error. so I have no idea. https://gyazo.com/b149351d4712406123535b93d9e3909a
The manual mentions it in the led section about it blinking when in S3 sleep which makes it sound like it does support it I may have to contact the company and ask.

Hi I am having an issue with S3 sleep. As far as I can tell my motherboard supports it and is enabled in the bios but when I click the button nothing happens and I get an error in the console saying.
"/usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.s3.sleep/scripts/s3_sleep: line 330: echo: write error: Invalid argument"
Any ideas am I doing something wrong or does my system just not like S3 if so any posability of S1 or S4 sleep?

I checked the page on the mellonox website and it does support ehternet mode, I just cant find a way of forcing it to be in that mode as the only way i have found is put it in a windows machine set it to eth mode then plug it into unraid
