  1. Another issue with the mover. Gives me the following error (even though it has been moving files in the same mover session without issue). A restart fixes it and the files will get moved, but the next time the mover starts it will give the same error when moving some other files.

    Sep 24 14:42:19 batman shfs: err: assign_target: No space left on device (28): assign_disk: tv/Luther/Season 04/Luther - 4x01 1080p - Episode 1.mkv

  2. Yes, I realize that's how highwater works. But it doesn't matter which allocation method the share is set to use, it never splits correctly as it did on my old server.

If I have tv/Friends/ on cache, the tv share set to split only the top level, disk2 already has tv/Friends/, it shouldn't put /Friends in the tv folder on disk1, right?

I just tested it with split set to manual, then it moves /Friends and the subfolders and files to the correct location on disk2. However, it also creates an empty folder named Friends in the tv folder on disk1...

  3. I'm not sure if this is related to 6.4, but it's the only thing I've run on my new server.

The mover is ignoring the split level I've set on my user shares. I like to keep all seasons for each tv show all on the same disk, so I set it to split only the top level directory. The folder structure is tv/showname/season, so it should be free to place tv on any disk but keep everything related to a specific show on the same disk. However, it just moves everything to disk1, even though the show being moved has a folder on disk3 (and disk3 even has more free space than disk1).

I configured the share settings exactly as I did on my old server running 6.3 where it worked like it should, so I'm not sure whats going wrong.

  4. I didn't find any information about preclear times for 10TB IronWolf drives before I started mine, so here it is for those interested.

4 drives precleared at the same time on the SAS3 (12Gbps) via Broadcom 3008 SW controller on SuperMicro X11SSL-CF.

  5. I'm having the same problems as joyless after the last update.

{duration} => Expression yields empty value: Binding "duration": Unable to load library 'mediainfo': Native library (linux-x86-64/libmediainfo.so) not found in resource path ([file:/usr/share/filebot/FileBot.jar])
{duration} => Expression yields empty value: Binding "duration": Could not initialize class net.filebot.mediainfo.MediaInfoLibrary

  6. Hey

I couldn't find any info on the supermicro website, so I contacted their support and they said that my AOC-SAS2LP-MV8 would not work with 8TB drives. However, I'm pretty sure I've seen some signatures on here that included this card along with some 8TB's. Can anyone confirm for me that I can add 8TB drives to my array using this controller?

  7. Your dropbox link doesn't work.

It still doesn't detect folders that uTorrent moves or folders that I drag and drop into /finished. And it does no processing to make it miss it, just sits on "Waiting for changes".

The only thing that the recursive update has changed is that now you get a double process within the same folder after unraring, because the unraring process creates a new folder. And Filebot has already moved the unrared file from the new folder, so the second processing ends with "No files selected for processing Failure (°_°)" . It worked fine as it was before. (I tested this out with ruTorrent)

ruTorrent docker still works fine and triggers the watcher with either files or folders.

    I've tried:

Make uTorrent move completed folders to the ruTorrent /finished directory, the one that works with everything if ruTorrent moves the folder. Didn't trigger processing.

Drag and drop folders into watched directory through Windows Explorer. Didn't trigger processing.

Use MC to move a create a folder and move it into the watched directory. Didn't trigger processing.

Use MC to create a folder in the watched directory. That did trigger processing.

Use Windows Explorer to create a folder in the watch directory. That did trigger processing.

So somehow the only process that moves folders and triggers it is the ruTorrent "AutoMove". Nothing else can move a folder and trigger it.

Maybe the simplest solution is just to move to ruTorrent  ;D

  8. Alright, I updated with the 3 new UGID values. Now I can move/rename/delete the file, even though it shows root:root. I'm guessing this is because of 0000?

    root@Tower:/mnt/cache/tv/Hannibal/Season 03# ls -l
    total 960489
    -rw-rw-rw- 1 root root 982579115 Jun 26 06:40 Hannibal\ -\ 3x04\ 720p\ -\ Aperitivo.mkv

    root@Tower:~# id -u nobody
    99
    root@Tower:~# id -g nobody
    100

Now I only have one more problem. I run uTorrent 2.2.1 on my windows machine and it downloads to /cache/.apps/utorrent/temp and moves completed files to /utorrent/finished. Filebot doesn't pick up any folders that get dropped off into /finished, only files.

So if it's /finished/hannibal.3x04.mkv, then it gets processed. But if it's /finished/FOLDER/hannibal.3x04.mkv, then nothing happens and watcher just stays on "Waiting for changes...". Doesn't even work if I drag and drop a folder into /finished.

However, if I run ruTorrent docker and point Filebot to /rutorrent/finished, then everything that ruTorrent moves to that directory gets processed completely fine.

I know I could just move to ruTorrent, but I like uT's queueing and RSS system better. Any idea why this is happening?

  9. I can't get this to work on my system. I've got the RocketRAID 620 with BIOS version 1.1. Both drives show up in the BIOS and both are initialized, but neither of them show up in the unRAID gui. Can someone help with this? I've attached both the go script and the syslog.

EDIT: okay. Nevermind. I put the card in a different pci-express slot, re-flashed the bios and removed one of the hard drives (leaving the 320GB cache on the controller), and now it shows up in unRAID gui. I can't be arsed to reconnect the other drive to see if they both show up this time... maybe later.
