I am new to unraid, and spent my entire weekend building my new toy and also ran into the IRQ16 issue. It was related to my attempt to use a PCIe sound card vs passing sound via the GTX 970. I removed the card and did the MSI fix and the issue went away. So I am guessing you may have a similar issue and my guess would be the USB controller is doing it. So my first question/suggestion would be making sure your sound via the video card is sorted out because I was getting similar issues.
kernel: Disabling IRQ #16

Yes, it just showed up as a working sound card in my system after rebooting. I am short an HDMI monitor so need to solve that but that is more a $ issue than unraid/W10 (har har). Ironically I am still on my first W10 VM and in my registry already had it all the bits there, just needed to update the field from 0 to 1 and reboot. I am planning to do a net-new VM since I have hacked more registry settings in the last 3 days then I have done in the last 3 years trying to get W10 to behave (between sounds, network neighborhood which is still not working, and it still consuming 80% of my memory)
Not suggesting the MSI fix is the answer, but I do know it stopped some of my conflicts so at a minimum it was cleaner.
