Sorry about that. The skip_pct was something that I was working on to resume a preclear that was partially started. I accidentally posted the version I was testing with.
EVERYONE, please download the version below. The original post has also been updated to download this corrected version.
Here is the link to the download file Fast Preclear
Can you put this link in the first post? It could get tricky to find in the future.
Thanks!

Here's what I'm aiming for:
1/ Publish 5.0.5 - this has a couple minor fixes
2a/ Publish 5.1-beta1 - this is 5.0.5 with latest 'webGui' integrated.
2b/ Push this 'webGui' onto github as 'webGui-master'.
3/ Publish 6.1-beta1 - this is 64-bit unRaid with numerous updates including 'webGui-master' and virtualization support.
Idea is webGui will run on both platforms.
JOY!!!!

I didn't splurge for the eSATA ports. Mine looked more like this one:

I've had great results from the Asmedia ASM1061 card.

The "find" command was apparently trying to allocate a contiguous chunk of memory of that size, which you apparently did not have. Your memory, although free, was fragmented.
So what's the corrective action? Reboot the server?

Corrected version attached to prior post.
Joe, are you referring to the attachment on the first post (now v1.6.7) or the previous post where you attached 'spinup_when_accessed.zip' ?
I don't see this issue addressed in the version notes:
Version 1.6.7 - Added cache_pressure to "usage" statement, fixed bug where it reverted to 10 after being invoked through "at" when used with the -w option. -
Very interested to hear your progress and results with this! My only criticism is that I don't think life-support functions (power, cooling) should rely on an OS to function.

That TC647B is interesting. How do you program it? Not sure if I have the tools to program it but building it sounds fun.
The TC647B is non-progammable. I believe you set the temperature point with a resistor value.

I've looked at many of those cheapie fan controllers. Most do not have temperature control (only speed control) and are also very limited on power output per channel (I'd like to run a higher power fan or blower).
The CFA633 can deliver a reasonable amount of power but cannot currently be used as a plug-in appliance (even after programming). The fan controller kit (TC647B) has lots of power control but is very limited at temperature control (analog, one sensor, one output).

Here are some ideas:
Fan Controller Kit (TC647B)

http://spiffie.org/kits/tc642/start.shtml
"These are easy to build, use, and understand fan controllers based around Microchip's TC64x series of chips. It's designed to control 12V computer fans based on the temperature, but can be easily adapted for any voltage of fan and a selection of sensors. "

I've also been bugging CrystalFontz to make a fully autonomous version of their CFA633. It currently requires serial communication to provide good functionality.

- Temperature monitoring: up to 32 channels at up to 0.5 deg C absolute accuracy.
- Four fan connectors with RPM monitoring and variable PWM fan power control.
- Maximum continuous current draw must be no more than 1.5 A per fan connector, no more than 4 A total. Pulsed
current may be up to 5 A per connector, the pulse width must be less than 50 mS. This pulse specification allows
for the fan's start-up current spike.

I'm trying to get Auto Fan Control working but I receive the following "PWM Fan" response when when Detect is selected for any of the PWM controllers in the drop down list.
