How do I restore fan control back to the factory defaults? I had turned on IPMI fan control, but now if I set the setting to off, the fans stay at full speed. I've tried rebooting, but that does not help. I want to revert back to the default system fan control.

    I have a SuperMicro X11 based motherboard.

You can login to the ip address of the bmc and change it from there.

Can you also just do the Default button, the the Reset BMC button? Would this get back to factory defaults?

  3. I cannot figure out how to create the USB stick from Linux.

    root@optimus-prime:~# bash /media/user/UNRAID/make_bootable_linux
    INFO: make_bootable_linux v1.3

INFO: The following device appears to be the unRAID USB Flash drive: /dev/sda
Permit UEFI boot mode [Y/N]: Y
INFO: unRAID USB Flash drive currently mounted to /media/user/UNRAID, copying temporary installer files to /tmp/UNRAID
    umount: /media/user/UNRAID: target is busy.

To continue you may need to enter your admin password
    sudo: /tmp/UNRAID/syslinux/make_bootable_linux.sh: command not found

Also, neither your Wiki or your Download page have ANY mention of how to do this from Linux. So I'm trying to just figure it out on my own. I swear this used to work, or I'm just forgetting that it didn't work before and did it from a Windows box. Which is what I'm sure I'll end up doing again.

  4. I do have docker auto updating enabled. Is there a log somewhere I can check. I looked at /var/log/docker.log and I see these lines:

time="2020-03-29T04:07:57.144700918-05:00" level=error msg="Not continuing with pull after error: context canceled"
time="2020-03-29T04:13:35.315669842-05:00" level=error msg="Not continuing with pull after error: context canceled"

So perhaps I just disable auto-updating for now.

  5. Have the strangest issue, and not sure how to debug. For the last few months, about once a week my mariadb docker goes away. It is gone, not running, not showing up in the docker list.

The files are still there in /mnt/user/appdata/mariadb. So reinstalling it gets it back with no data loss. I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it, but nothing seems to keep it for more than a week. It is the only docker that has been doing this to me. I have others installed with no issues.

    Any ideas?
