[Docker page loading stuck in a loop]

Had the same issue and saw your post.
My issue turned out to be a docker stuck rebooting after having deleted the network it was set to (see reddit post in similar issue).

My binhex - DelugeVPN docker seems to be the cause of some read/write bursts every 3 minutes, not sure what this could be.

There are no active torrents.
I can't find anything in the log. 
These are the stats after turning off the deluge docker (see the drop-off in read/writes when turned off).

Any idea what this could be?
