Just notice the arrows on the Docker Tab, right side. Is that the order of start up?

Same M/B and CPU here, with rc7a, it was idle and completely stable for at least a week (was rebooted by us after that for other testing).
There are BIOS updates (AGESA 1.0.0.6a) for both the ASRock and Gigabyte M/Bs you've tried, you may want to apply those if you haven't already.
It might also be helpful if you posted your diagnostics zip file (Tools --> Diagnostics from the web ui) here on the forums so we can take a look to see if there's something else that stands out.
I removed the usb rapoo (wireless keyboard) and the system has been running stable for 2 days

That's not a freeze. That's a crash. Beyond perusing the Ryzen thread, have you also ran memtest?
Yes, memtest is ok, ram in this server work ok in intel motherboard.

Are your freezing issues occurring with 6.4.0-rc7a, or a different version?
Does disabling "Global C-state Control" in your BIOS fix the issue?
Yes, freezing issues occurring with 6.4.0-rc7a.
Now I'm testing another motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3
test fail
server freeze, when idle. -

Anyone else having freezing issues? I posted my diagnostics log here. Anytime I try to perform the update I end up reverting back to 6.3.5 because I can't go any sustained period of time without freezing. Connecting a monitor, and all I see is a dash in the upper left corner. Can't SSH in either.
Yes, my server having freezing issues, when no load.
