Your remote server is offline or not responding to a ping:

Apr 18 09:10:35 kimbie-server unassigned.devices: Remote Server 'KIMBIE-NAS01' is offline and share '//KIMBIE-NAS01/Downloads' cannot be mounted.
    Apr 18 09:10:35 kimbie-server unassigned.devices: Running device script: 'KIMBIE-NAS01_Downloads.sh' with action 'ERROR_MOUNT'.
    Apr 18 09:10:36 kimbie-server unassigned.devices: Mounting Remote Share '//KIMBIE-NAS01/Media'...
Apr 18 09:10:52 kimbie-server unassigned.devices: Remote Server 'KIMBIE-NAS01' is offline and share '//KIMBIE-NAS01/Media' cannot be mounted.

If the server doesn't respond to a ping, UD thinks it is offline.  You can tell on the web page because the ball next to 'SMB' is gray and not green.

Thanks for your help I restarted my NAS and was able to remount my disks

    Thanks

Put Flash in PC and checkdisk. While there make backup. Boot from USB2 port

I rolled my install back to 6.8.3 and have no issues at all with space running out or any errors.

The server I have Unraid installed on does not have USB2 ports, and has been working for several years.

Something in 6.9.1 is breaking and I do not think its the USB stick

  3. I upgraded to 6.9.1 yesterday as was having issues with my docker containers but left them to sort today, trying to login in I get the error

The SMB passwords are now encrypted.  You probably just updated UD and that breaks the SMB mounts.  You will have to remove them and recreate them.  You also need to be careful of passwords with special characters.

    Hi

Thanks I had to remove all my connections and redo them, only thing found annoying was when readded put folders in upper case so had to change my docker assignments but working now

    Thanks

  5. Have UD setup and its been running fine for months and months, however had a power cut and lost power to unraid and restarted.

However the remote SMB shares are not mounting any more, either automatically or clicking on mount.

I tried to add another, UnRaid found my server, the username and password worked it could load the list of shares but then it would not load that drive either.

I am update to day, there is nothing showing in the log window on the UD section of the dashboard.

Can anyone point me in a direction to look to resolve this

    Thanks

    Kimbie
