Beta support seems to have been added to the rclone beta branch a couple of months ago, so just go to the settings page for the plugin and change to the beta branch? No need for an update.

Legend! Didn't even know plugins can have beta branches.  Updated thanks!

  2. Any chance of an update to this plugin?  Really want to utilise Proton Drive.  I set this plugin up years ago with Googledrive/onedrive and userscripts.

Not sure the best way to get protondrive working :) Thanks

Maybe you have something on the root of the cache, that would be outside the shares, also If you have vdisks cor other sparse files they an can grow and the usage be misreported, in any case the used space reported by the GUI is the correct one, and the space actually used.

    Okay cheers.

    It's super annoying aha!

I've checked the root of the directory and nothing is there.

I have a single 50GB VM which i'm pretty sure isn't a sparse disk (it's always been 50GB in size).  I have a 10GB docker and then app data.  In Krusader it says i've used 85GB on the cache mnt too.  However the three shares on the root when I browse them are only using 64GiB.  Any other ideas?  I'm not too fussed about the lost space it's more I can't understand why!

  4. I have a cache pool of two disks in BTRFS Standard RAID1.  I've just run a balance and I get this:

    Data, RAID1: total=84.00GiB, used=83.20GiB
    System, RAID1: total=32.00MiB, used=16.00KiB
    Metadata, RAID1: total=1.00GiB, used=76.62MiB
    GlobalReserve, single: total=19.69MiB, used=0.00B

    When I run

     btrfs fi show /mnt/cache

    I get the ouput:

    Label: none uuid: (OMMITED)
Total devices 2 FS bytes used 83.27GiB
            devid 1 size 232.89GiB used 85.03GiB path /dev/sde1
            devid 2 size 232.89GiB used 85.03GiB path /dev/sdf1

And in the unraid GUI it shows that I have used 89.4GB.

However, I know for a fact that I only have approximately 69GB used on the cache disks (this is checking the sizes of the shares in windows and in unraid).

Where have I lost approx 20GB??

How are you using the USB drive? Plug it in, do some action, then remove it?

    Yes.

Basically plug it in, auto mount, run script to rsync the drive to my array, unplug it when it's done or later on when I remember.

I do sometimes share it over my network but not too often.

It's mainly when unplugging, if I remember to unmount the drive I have no issues and it frees up the sde1 designation.  If I forget or if I am rushing and don't have chance to unmount.  I don't unplug til i'm pretty certain it would have written all data.

It's just annoying having the drive still mounted even though i've removed it.

  6. I love this plugin, is there a way to automatically unmount the drive if the USB drive is disconnected without unmounting?

I sometimes forget to unmount the device if i'm in a rush and my PCs are turned off to get into the webGUI.

however once unplugged the device stays mounted and when plugged back in increments the sdf1 value to the next letter and I have two identical devices mounted.

Anyway to unmount automatically after a USB device is unplugged when mounted?

  7. I sometimes forget to unmount a USB drive when using the unassigned devices plugin.

I know, pretty bad me, but I try to but it's not always the case.

Well if I unplug without unmounting the drive remains mounted at it's mount of /dev/sde1 for example.  When I plug it back in, it then mounts as /dev/sdf1

I know I can clear them with umount but is there a way to get them to automatically unmount if I don't do a clean unmount???

They're also still in /disks even after unplugging the device

See attachment showing the same drive mounted 3x although it's not even plugged in, it just cinrements the sd?1 letter.  The clear with a reboot also.

Firmware M3CR022 has been tested and qualified for immediate release in the Crucial factory, including 2.5-inch and M.2 models of the MX500 SSD. The update from M3CR010 to M3CR022 is an optional update for SSDs in the field, but is recommended if the MX500 is experiencing any of the following issues:

    • Improved ready time from DEVSLP low-power state.
    • Improved TRIM and Wear Leveling performance.
    • Improved SATA error handing.
    • Improved compatibility with some TCG Opal 2.0 third-party encryption utilities (this change does not affect MS BitLocker).

I have had this issue for months.  Just installed this FW, I will report back if I have issues.

  9. I have 8GB of RAM but only use plex.  I did this trick however it's useless for my needs.

Even if I had 16GB RAM it wouldn't be enough for a single stream.  20mbps transcode is 18GB of data per 2 hours.

I wish it would only store the latest 1GB and continually delete it.  When i'm halfway through a film, why do I need the first half stored in memory :(.
