[New Emby Docker]

Has anyone else had trouble trying to get emby to actually find media files? I've tried all sorts, but it can never find my movie files. So my Movies and TV libraries are always empty. So strange.

[Case for Seagate IronWolf 8TB drives]

Hi guys,

 

I'm a new unRAID user, and I've been thoroughly impressed thus far!

 

I've got the following configuration at the moment:

• Seagate IronWolf 8TB     x 3 - 2 Data, 1 Parity
• Seagate Barracuda 1TB x 1- 1 Cache
• Intel Core i5-2500K CPU
• Gigabyte B75M-D3H
• 16GB RAM
• unRAID 6.4.1
• Silencio 352 case

 

I've just recently swapped out 4 x 2TB Seagate drives for the configuration you see above. The problem is that now my drives run much hotter. If I'm doing a parity rebuild or writing to a couple of disks in the array, the drives can get up to 50 degrees.

 

I figured I'd just replace the case with a better cooled one, but I'm having a bit of a hard time. For a start, the 8TB drives include different mounting to what I'm finding in a lot of the cases I'm looking at.

 

I'd like something that perhaps spaces the drives out a bit more, or at least provides more fan coverage. Thanks!
