May be a very tight fit?  That CPU cooler is 165mm (6.5 inches) in height.  The chassis has a height of 7" (177mm) externally.  By the time you put a motherboard in the chassis and mount the cooler on top of the CPU, it may be too tall depending on how much of that 7"/177mm is available in the interior of the chassis.  I don't know this for sure and perhaps you already know it will fit fine.  I have no experience with either the CPU cooler or chassis.  It just appears it could be a tight fit.

 

That's exactly why I posted this because I completely overlooked this compatibility part in the build because I so used to building in full towers! Thank you for bringing it up!

[Upgrade Build]

[WiFi rather than Ethernet for unRAID]

As someone else that lives in an apartment this would be a huge help to me as well. As I am getting ready to build my first server.
