  1. I actually just fixed this issue, it was related to another issue I had with my NIC1 not communicating with my dhcp server recently. I just figured out it was a switch issue for that specific nic, and after factory resetting the switch, the NIC now works and BOTH eth0 and eth1 work. And now that both eth's work, bridging and bonding no longer get link local addresses.

  2. Hi, I've been trying to enable bridging so I can have VM's assigned internal IP's. My issue is, when I enable bridging on ETH0, it causes unraid to stop being able to communicate with my router's DHCP server, as evidence by eth0 getting assigned a link local address (169.254.202.191), and no longer being on the network or connectable to the network.

  3. This started a few days ago, I shut down unraid so I could turn my UPS off so I could pull a mac address off the UPS' networking card. When I turned everything back on, Unraid was unreachable. After restarting two more times I removed the static route from my router and switched eth0 to dhcp, only for unraid to get assigned a 169.254 IP, my router not seeing it attached to the network at all. At this point I thought it might be the cable, so I replaced the ethernet cable and nothing. Same thing. Next thing I tried was to check if the dhcp server was failing to assign IPs, after releasing and renewing my desktop pc's IP I think I ruled that out. I can still interact with my IDRAC web interface so I don't think it's the NIC. Any help would be appreciated

  4. I'm having an issue where restarting the docker makes the save path column go blank. The only way I can seem to get it to properly show is by individually clicking on each torrent and click "save to" before it recognizes the save path and populating the column. It wouldn't be much of an issue if I could highlight multiple or all torrents and do that, but it only updates if I click save to one torrent at a time

    This config currently let's me access the webui but gives me the 'This directory is unavailable' message.

     

    I've tried

     root /config/www/;

    instead of

     root /config/www/nextcloud/;

    but doing so causes a 404 error

  6. Small thing I just noticed, if ruTorrent creates the folder (say, moving torrents from /test/ -> /test/sub/ when sub isn't already created) it creates the folder with 755, owner of nobody, meaning that even if unraid has permissions set, you can't write to it. I can just set newperms or set folder permissions to 777, but I'd prefer not having to if possible.
