Solutions

  1. speedyg213's post in webgui not accessible after upgrading to 6.11.5 was marked as the answer   
    I rebooted in safe mode and there were no issues. I was able to figure out that container binhex-qbittorentvpn was the issue. I looked at the support thread and noticed that other people had a similar issue and the solution was to downgrade the container according to users and binhex himself. I am currently using version 4.3.9-2-01 and everything is working fine. I will be marking this as solved. Thanks everyone
